Beaujolais Nouveau Wine Festival

Yes it is this that of the year again...the Beaujolais Nouveau will be arriving soon!

We would like to invite you to Pura Vida and Tri-C Hospitality Management Center to celebrate the new wine with some of the best Chefs in town. The Beaujolais Nouveau 2013 wine will of course be included, as well as other red & white wines! A cash bar will be open for all other drinks as well.

Cooking demonstrations and dinner will start at 6:00 p.m.

A 3-course menu prepared by Chef Brandt and Chef Ky-Wai Wang from Tri-C will be served. We will accommodate any food restrictions.

NEW THIS YEAR: We will auction dining packages from some of Cleveland's finest restaurants and you will have a chance to meet chefs from some of those restaurants (who will be part of our delegation to France in April 2014). There will be a silent auction as well.

Early registration is $75 for everyone and $90 at the door.
