G-Free talks w/ Chef Brandt

What can I say…Chef Brandt GETS it. So rarely do we find someone who is both a leader in the culinary field and an advocate for gluten intolerant individuals in the community. At both of his Cleveland restaurants, Blue Canyon and Pura Vida, Chef Brandt Evans provides a fantastic offering of gluten-free items that are anything but boring and plain. Pura Vida even participated in Celiac Awareness Month this May by creating new and exciting dishes and making a gluten-free option available for their lunch boxes. I feel lucky to have had the chance to speak with Chef Brandt and urge any and all of you to pay him a visit ASAP!
